Hi, I’m Brianna aka Bri

The creator/ author behind Mindful Adulting. As someone who has navigated through the ups and downs of adulthood, I’ve come to realize the importance of taking control of our lives and intentionally crafting a path towards fulfillment, happiness, and health. My own journey towards mindfulness and intentional living began in 2020 during the pandemic. The pandemic caused me to slow down and really take a look at how I was living, was I truly happy with my lifestyle, and was I really being present in my daily life and embracing life to the fullest. I also struggled with high functioning anxiety and high levels of stress. This started causing physical health issues. I decided it was time for a change and I needed to take control of my life to decrease my stress levels and heal my anxious thoughts. Along the way, I’ve discovered numerous tools, techniques, and insights that have helped me to cultivate better health, happiness, and a sense of calm amidst life’s chaos. Ive also went through multiple spiritual awakenings that has increased my calling to my purpose of helping and healing people. My mission and purpose now is to spread and teach everything I have learned and continue to learn on this journey and to empower others.
